Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your furry friends to be 100% happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no need to ship anything back.

Our Hassle-Free Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days of delivery. You do not need to return the item.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Email us at support@paw-pounce.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • For damaged or defective items, please include photos so we can improve our quality
  • Let us know if you'd prefer a refund or a replacement

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are based on the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

Replacement Shipping

If you choose a replacement, we will ship a new item to you at no additional cost. Replacement orders follow the same shipping timeframes as regular orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping) — your choice.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay
  • If you've done the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Requests made after the 30-day window
