Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

• United States: 10-20 business days
• Canada & Europe: 12-25 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 12-25 business days
• Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays. Some remote areas may require additional time.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs office. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 days after shipment for tracking information to become active. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed (more than 30 business days from the shipping date), please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a free replacement or full refund.
